iService includes form variables and actions that can be used to create custom support portals for your customers. We've included an example portal that you can use out of the box, customize for your needs, or as an example for your own custom portal. The form is built-in and can be viewed in your tenant at /admin#/formbuiltin/customerportal-treeview.

Adding a header and footer to the portal
The customer portal form is designed to work properly without any customization. If you want to customize the form to match your existing website, you can create an HTML header and footer in custom forms.
Step 1 - Create the HTML for your header and footer, and paste it into two custom form.
Step 2 - Add the custom form numbers to the built-in placeholders for the header and footer.
