iService includes a knowledge base that uses the topic tree structure for sharing articles. The built-in customer portal includes an example for listing articles and styling their display. You can customize the styles for all aspects of your knowledge base, including the topic list, article list, and article details using your own custom HTML. iService includes a set of variables used in the knowledge base pages to fetch details, like the ID, topic name, article subject, article body, etc. You can learn more about the variables used with knowledge base articles in the Forms guide.
Articles are created, edited, and deleted from the Manage KB Articles page. This chapter describes how to use this page and is intended for knowledge base administrators. Your customers will not be using this page to access articles. They will use a customer portal that is branded for your enterprise.
