The Contact Page

contactsWhen iService receives a customer email, chat request, or form submission from a customer it creates a contact record (if one doesn't already exist). All of the information you capture about a contact can be found in the contact page. The contact page has four sections: summary, details, subscriptions, and history. You can view contact information, all of your past conversations with the contact, and initiate interactions from this page.
