The Summary tab provides a quick overview of the account, and includes links for viewing information and taking actions. The page is similar to the Contact Summary, but is designed for working with a group of contacts.

The Agent Email action works differently for accounts with linked contacts. When composing the Agent Email, a cc line picker makes it easy to add other contacts from the account to your email.
