Click on your login name in the upper right corner of the page to open the My Account panel. This provides access to your profile, subscriptions, and agent stock responses. The My Stock Responses tab functions identically to the Segment Stock Responses, but is available to very agent to create their own personal responses.

 

You can also change your password here or log out of iService. iService includes an inactivity log out function that will automatically log you out of the system after a specified amount of time. The default inactivity logout time is 90 minutes, but this can be modified on an agent by agent basis in the Agent Admin page. Every time you load a page or click a button in iService the timer is reset.
