The History tab provides a summary of all interactions with the account and any of its linked contacts. This includes all email correspondence, live chats, mass mailings, notes entered by agents, etc. The  history page has two modes: Chronological View and Case View. The page functions like the Contact History page, but includes all linked contacts.
