iService User Guide

The Agent Picker input allows users to assign new tickets or reassign existing ones by selecting from a list of agents in a drop down menu. It displays a list of agents assigned to the picker.

 

This is particularly useful for restricting agent selection to those authorized for a specific task.

Label Style

Display the agent picker label either above the input field or to its left.

Input Sizing

Change the size of this input. There are multiple sizing options available, all of which can be reviewed here

Agent List Name

In the workflow, you can select an existing agent list using the Finger Picker tool. If you enter a new list name, it must first be mapped in the "Agent Lists" tab before it can be used for ticket assignment or reassignment, as all agent lists are empty by default and must be populated with agents in the "Agent Lists" tab.

Input Name

Name of the Agent Picker that will be displayed to the agent.
